Welcome! I’m Kim Endres, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I offer mental health counseling and intuitive eating coaching to support you on your journey toward a more balanced, fulfilling life. With over 20 years of experience and a degree from Salve Regina University, I’m here to walk this journey with you, from a place of genuine empathy and understanding. Outside of work, I’m a wife, mom of three and a proud dog mom to a Golden Retriever, so I get the chaos that can come with life! I’m excited to support you in creating a life that feels right for you.
As a therapist, I know firsthand how challenging daily life can be—juggling work, family, and personal responsibilities while trying to find time for yourself. I’ve had my own experiences with anxiety, emotional eating, and feeling like self-care always comes last. I’ve been there, and I understand how real these struggles are. My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, comfortable, and supported as we work through these challenges together.
Since downsizing my offices when telehealth became widely accessible, I’ve now moved entirely to virtual sessions—and I’m excited for you to use this flexibility as a part of your self-care journey. With teletherapy, you can settle into your favorite, most comfortable space: snuggle up with a pet or blanket, enjoy a warm cup of coffee or tea, or even take a phone session while going for a walk. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I help clients navigate life transitions, daily stressors, anxiety, and the unique challenges of the perinatal and postpartum periods. Kimberly Endres offers individual mental health counseling services as well as intuitive eating coaching.
During your first session with Kimberly , she will ask you questions to get to know you better and understand what brings you to counseling or coaching. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the counseling or coaching process.
A counseling session with Kimberly Endres typically lasts for 45 minutes and a coaching session lasts 60 minutes.
